At Haus of Hound we aim to provide efficient and safe shipment of your purchases, straight to your specified postal address.

We highly recommend when checking out, to ensure all your personal and shipping details are correct. Haus of Hound is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect details and address information. If you have noticed any mistakes in regards to your contact details please email woof@hausofhound.co.uk promptly so we can attempt to correct this for you. Unfortunately we are unable to correct orders which have already been dispatched.

Shipping Within The UK:

At Haus of Hound we aim to ship all packages within 1-3 business days. Please note that Royal Mail are still experiencing ongoing delays. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class aims to deliver within 2-3 business days (after dispatch)

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by Royal Mail. Please allow up to 5 business days before reaching out to us, where we will be more than happy to assist you.

International Shipping:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. We are not able to cover the costs of tax/charges.

At Haus of Hound we ship via Royal Mail tracked service, this will update on its route to the customer. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive as there are still delays due to COVID.

Europe:

Unfortunately, due to the new EU GPSR regulations (General Product Safety Regulations) we are currently unable to ship any orders to the EU or Northern Ireland. We are hoping to have EU and Northern Ireland shipping back up in 2025. Sorry for any inconvenience!
