Refund policy
Returns Policy:
We really hope you and your pooch love our products, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we will gladly accept returns.
Our returns and refund policy lasts 14 days. You will have 14 days from the time of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately you are unable to return your items.
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition with all tags intact. We are unable to accept returns for item(s) in any other condition, so please ensure to carefully try on new item(s) indoors in case you need to make a return!
All sale items are final sale and non-returnable/refundable.
Returns Process:
If you wish to make a return, please send an email to woof@hausofhound.co.uk within the 14 days of receiving your order, and please include your order number. We will respond to your email within 2-3 working days with the instructions on how to start a return.
Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the reason for return is due to a faulty/damaged product) and original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
We recommend you use a shipping provider with a tracking service. It is highly advised you keep all tracking numbers to ensure your return arrives to us safely. Haus of Hound cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Refunds:
Once we have received your returned items, we will inspect the items to ensure they are within our returns policy. Our team will then contact you via email to notify you that your refund has been processed. Or you will be notified if your return has been rejected.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days please contact us via email woof@hausofhound.co.uk
Exchanges:
Unfortunately we are not able to accept exchanges at this time. We recommend you follow our return process above to receive a full refund and place a new order for the alternative size or item(s).
We highly recommend you use our size guide on tips on how to measure your dog, prior to purchasing, to ensure you find the correct size!
Amendments
If you wish to amend you order, please contact us immediately via email woof@hausofhound.co.uk - Our team will assist you with amending your original order. Unfortunately, we are unable to amend your order if it has already been processed and you will then be required to return the item at your cost and/or place a new order.
